Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Steda, provided at steda.io (“Steda,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using Steda, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Steda.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Steda. By using the product, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of the notes, todos, and other content you create in Steda (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the product to you.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to store it in Steda.

Steda may connect to third-party services, such as Google Calendar, at your direction. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or content.

You agree not to use Steda to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the normal operation of the product.

We aim to keep Steda available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the product at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

You may stop using Steda and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Steda ends, and we will handle Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy.

Steda is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the product will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steda and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the product before the changes take effect.
